TechMotive respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the same respect for our own work. This DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy explains how copyright holders can report content on TechMotive.fun that they believe infringes their copyright, and how we respond to such reports.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe that material published on TechMotive.fun infringes your copyright, you may send us a takedown notice by email. To help us act quickly, please include all of the following information in your notice:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed or, if several works are involved, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL of the page on techmotive.fun where the material appears.
- Your contact details, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your takedown notice to contact@techmotive.fun. We will review every complete notice promptly and remove or disable access to material that we believe in good faith infringes copyright. Incomplete notices may take longer to process, so please include as much of the information above as you can.
Counter-Notices
If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or because of a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice by email. A counter-notice should identify the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal, include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, and signature, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action against you within the period required by law.
Repeat Infringement
TechMotive may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
